Srdjan Vučinić (Belgrade, 1970) is an essayist and film critic. He graduated from the Group for World Literature of the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. He published a large number of texts on film and literature, as well as four books of essays. He also published several fiction books, and his plays were performed on Radio Belgrade. He is the recipient of the Borislav Pekić scholarship (2009), as well as the Nebojša Popović Award (2020) for promoting film art and culture. He has been the artistic director of the Auteur’s Film Festival in Belgrade since 2012.
